No, not explode......passed its Mot with no advisories yesterday, for the second year running :y

I really hope they don't, but its a KV6, so they will.

I really hope they don't, but its a KV6, so they will.

Maybe, they ALL do sooner or later,including GM units

500cc smaller...yet MUCH faster...Hmmmmm :-/


Lets not do this to death again. I've got 2 V6's, both run great, I'm happy, so bog off :D

Just put two bridgestone SO-3 Pole Position's on the front.....they dont half grab :y

It rather EATS them!!!!!!!  If I could get solid tyres, I would put them on, wouldn't make a lot of difference to the ride ;D

The ZT 2.5 V6 isn't too bad a car tbh. Quick, little torque steer, decent top end, reasonable torque.  Downsides, traction from standing start, stupid cambelts (yes, it has 2) arrangement, and the usual K series (it has KV6) HG problem.

Oh, and for many, just because its a 'Rover' (actually its MG) - but these people are narrow minded in the same way junior reps will only consider BMW 318 crap.

The ZT 2.5 V6 isn't too bad a car tbh. Quick, little torque steer, decent top end, reasonable torque.

2.0 were not that slow, bit slow off the line but will still go quite fast.

I have seen the predecessor model (a Carlton 2.0) red line in top gear, that is with less power
