Title: having problems with salad cream goo on oil cap

 :(

I have found what i can only say looks like salad cream on my oil cap. i have a 2ltr cd p reg, would it have anything to do with the breather pipe????

PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP!! :'(

Welcome :)

Do you do lots of short journeys? If so, may be normal, but clean the breather system.

Obviously, excess pressure in coolant, or coolant loss may be more worrying...

Welcome aboard Miss Piggy. If you've got no oil in your water bottle it's probably down to short journeys so do'nt worry. I learned that with mine. Also the plastic oil filler pulls off for easy cleaning.
