Title: Hello everyone!

Hi all.  I joined as I've found this site to be really useful!  I got the info about the crankshaft sensor / cutting out problem from here, and was able to point my garage in the right direction (they were quite impressed!).  So a big thanks to you guys.   :y

I have a 1998 black 3.0 Omega 24v Elite, have had it for just over 3 years, and before that I had a Carlton GSI 24v for over 3 years.  Both black.

Next car probably will be a Lexus or Audi, sadly, Omegas not being made any more   :'(

Welcome aboard. Omegas are'nt being made new anymore but do you really need a new car? If you can afford a new Lexus etc. you might be able to run an old Mig as well? 8-)

No, I don't really NEED a new car, it's true, but it would be nice to have a change.  The guys at work (all with Audis, Beemers, Mercs etc.) keep encouraging me to get a newer car lol.

My poor Mig has never been a lot of trouble either, a really good reliable car, I feel guilty for even thinking about changing it!  I couldn't really keep 2 cars though, as I've only got 1 parking space where I live.

I'll dither for a while longer, no doubt........ :)
