Title: Saying Hello

Hi all.
I am currently on my third Omega and so far have managed without this forum.

First one was a 2.0 GLS. That the way of all cars that get too old.

The second was a petrol 2.5 V6 - was going well till the upper cam belt tensioner disintegrated at 70mph just Souththwaite - happily that was the first year I had taken recovery!  Took the easier cylinder head of and regarded the holed and dented pistons and bent valves - that went over scales.

The current one is another V6 - Elite this time with the very cute rear screen.  Has the Irmshure (is that how its spelt) suspensions kit and rear spoiler - a car I just want to drive.

Which is how I found the form - I just can't believe the cam belt set up - its mad! but thanks to this formum it is now done.  OhmyOmega.

Really the feel of this forum and the content is great.  Hope I can contribute something of use. :y

Gosh folks - thanks for all the replies.  It really makes a difference.  Always a bit of an unknown joining a forum and a welcome makes such a diference :) :) :) :y
