Hello all. I’m Adam and been an omega driver since Fed 08 and never looked back. Before the omega I had a 405 estate, too small, too slow and just didn't give me much driving satisfaction. However I feel the omega is everything I need in a car, I don’t feel I need to list them...you all know what I mean!
I’m just about to make a few slight changes to make the blue bullet my own. I’m going to paint over the walnut and change it to silver... im 20 not 50! Change the backing of the gauges from black to white and all the instrument lights and buttons to they light up blue rather then orange.
Has anyone else got a few hints and tips to make my miggy my own?

Hello & Welcome :y
If you are converting to LED illumination be aware various people have tried it, and found it too bright and unreadable, also have bad light spread, depending on conditions.
Think there are some examples in the gallery.

its just over £1000 third party fire and theft with 1 year NCD. i think thats really good seeing as alot of my mates pay around £800 - £900 for their 1.4L and 1.6L shoe boxes!

Welcome to the OOF :y remember 50's the new 40 and the walnut adds a touch of character. Much easier on my failing 49 year old eyesight ;)

Hi and welcome to OOF, re walnut try to get the black and sell the walnut, as to the lights and buttons they can be too bright so you pay your money and take your chance.
