I've been looking around here for a few weeks now and decided to take the plunge and register. Some years ago I had a 3.3 Senator on an 'R' plate which I PX for an Omega Elite on a 'W', then my life changed so I sold it in 2001. I now have a 2001 Omega CD V2.6 which I bought a few weeks ago as a stop-gap for my rather sick Galaxy in which the turbo disintegrated and and has all but destroyed the engine.

I think I've bought a 'bag-of-nails' as the Omega has some intermitent misfires and my local bloke says go to Vx as his diag machine says its the ECU and I've been quoted around £800..... so I'm gonna spend some time going through the forum to gleen what I can. Anyway, thanks for having me.  :)

Hello Gwa and a warm welcome to you! :y

I would love to see details and pictures of your "Senator 3.3" with "R" reg.

Are you sure about this?  The last Senators I believe were ever produced had "K" plates, and were only 3.0 litres with 24v's. :-/ :-/ :-/
