How the break should I know? It's in Russian!!!!!

EPC = Electronic Parts Catalogue.....a piece of copyright material used in GM dealers behind the parts ounter to identify which bit you need.
TIS = Technical Information System.......a piece of copyright material used in GM dealers (rarely) to find detailed repair information on Gm vehicles.
Note both are copyright and hence cost lots of money for official versions....
