Facelift presumably? They do seem prone to this, I do not know of a solution :(

Get a smart repairer to do it, they only charge £20 for this sort of thing.... I run a car hire company, and use them all the time, they are good..

I have exactly the same problem. :( :(
I was wondering if they were inserts that could be replaced? Otherwise, I guess the only way is new / secondhand door cards. I've noticed that the rubbery stuff is even affected by it getting wet, it seems to go grey until it drys out.

or peel it off evenly :D

Something to be said for my old banger then, nice hard plastics, just the way the japanese intendid ;D ;D ;D

I've noticed when people have replaced the door check straps (with the doorcard off) a couple of folks have put new handles/plastics on. Anybody care to clarify parts/prices? Wouldn't bother painting, that will look gash :P
Oh, and make sure all your family have cut their nails before entering your car or operating your electric windows! ;D
