On a rainy weather my windsheld gets steamed...
Why is it so?

Still steamy with aircon on?
If so change your pollen filter, and check your scuttle drains empty quicky, and your boot cubby holes are clear of junk.

Agree... check your pollen filter, and more importantly, your drains... If there blocked its only a matter of time before your passenger footwell fills with stinky water! >:(
If you open the bonnet, the pollen filter is on the right hand side (as you look under the bonnet) under the windscreen.
Look down there, if you see water, clean it ASAP!
You will need to remove the plastic cover (i think)
