Title: New Omega Owner
Post by: Jaseb70 on 12 November 2008, 13:09:46
Hi all,
Been searching for an 2.5 TD CD Estate for longer than I can remember, guess what I GOT ONE !!
Picked her up last saturday and it has been worth the wait, drove the 250 miles home and was so impressed with the silky smooth power delivery and the sound for the BMW straight six I AM HOOKED. I dont know if I paid over the odds £1945 for a year 2000 57,000 gen miles with stamps in the book upto 54k.
If anybody has any tips for routine maintance or things to keep an eye on I would welcome any advice.
Many thanks
Jase :y

hello friends.I'm starting with appologies for my poor english.I am a hungarian native living in France, so the english is not my strongest point.
I just bought  an 1999 2.5 td cd omega, automatic, caravan, linear 6 piston BMW engine , 230000 km=142000 miles i think.I bought it from the first owner. He just changed the oil, every filter, the sparkings...It was 1600 pounds

You would be better starting your own thread in the Newbies :y
A warm welcome from me anyway :)
