Hi all, yes another newbie to the Omega world, yes i have been a keen Vauxhall fan over the years from a MK1 Astra GTE to a Vectra GSI, however now im getting older i would love to get hold of an omega upto £1,000 for my daily commute to work, as this is a 80 mile round trip made up of Motorway and fast A roads i would love some or any advise on what size engine and spec would be best to go far, insurance is not an issue as i have full NCB etc...
Many Thanks
Andy....

Hello and welcome :y Spec wise Elites the best, with Bose. Jury is out between 2.5 and 3.0 with champions for both. Diesels can be pretty frugal on juice. Depending on your driving style, a llot would prefer the manual, but I like the auto myself (being a lazy driver!)
