hi,a little bit more about me as a newbe,59 years old and a newbe ha ha.I am more of a motorcycle man realy,i own four triumph's---a 94 speed triple--a 96 sprint---a 98 T595 daytona, and a very special Bonniville.Having passed my bike test way back in the 60's on a humble BSA C12.I sucessfully raced sidecar outfit thoughout the 70' and 80's.I passed my car test in the late 80's,my first being Vauxhall viva "HA"then moved on to an HC.from then on i had a few Jaguars,a 420,a 3.8s,then a smaller one that i did up,bought it siezed up.from then a hillan hunter,a hillman imp even(went on to race imp engined outfits-----118bhp out of a 3 bearing engine that i used to rev to 9000rpm)a few MGB'sa couple of 3litre capri, sand even a split screen reliant(wow i hear you say)and 4 years ago bought my first omega, first registered 12april 94----one of the first.still have the car,but it has gone into retirement having just purchased a 98 2.5 cd eastate.might get round to restoring the old gal 1 day.For my work i restore vintage farm tractors,i specialise in Field Marshalls, having restored over 1 hundred to date, and help many rebiulds by e-mail abroad------hope you might find this interesting and will reply to all messages

Hi Dave, and welcome to the forum, my brother did a lot of chair racing through the 70s and 80s His name is Kev Thomas and he had a number of riders Danny ***** and his last one was John Hill. Ring any bells ?
