Hi all.
I had registered before but for one reason or another including reformatting my computer im back again. I am loosing faith in the old girl as it seems one thing after another just lately.
Front wishbone bushes,
Crankangle sensors (2 and still no cure)
Low beam fld vision falt on dash (what ever the hell that is?)
Constant stalling at lights
Now "CDC Safe"
So no doubt I`ll be seeing you inside. :-[

Hello & Welcome :y
All the best with your problems
Have you used genuine (from dealer) crank sensors? pattern can be problematic. Likely your stalling problem as well.
Low beam - probably the arm has popped out the sensor on the front or rear level sensors
See dave dnd in ICE for your safe problem

Hello and welcome :y
Low beam fld vision falt on dash (what ever the hell that is?)
Comes up sometimes on mine, it is due lack of communication from ecu to headlight controller, don't worry about it to much, I don't. I have past 2 MOT's with it appearing from time to time.
Do check on the passenger side wheel arch that your wire loom to headlight is not rubbing, this is easiest, in my experience from underneath :)

If yours is a pre or mini facelift there are 2 sensors - one on front passenger wishbone and one on rear passenger suspension arm. Normal problem with these is that arm has popped off socket - easy cure. Also check elec plugs in fully and contacts clean - again a no cost check.
If its not that one or both sensors could be breaked.
OR servo motors on back of headlights could be breaked - altho some members have removed them, cleaned them up and regreased with +ve results.
