Hi everyone
I have just purchased a Omega 2.5 V6 ( a very nice car by the way. The car had been stood for 6 monthhs so got a real bargain
It came with a CCR2006 stereo. As it had been stored for 6 months the battery was flat and I had to input the radio security code. Radio plays fine ...however when I try the CD is says CD SAFE.......
Local Vauxhall dealers were useless. Anyone any ideas would be appreciated
Many thanks Andy - Bradford

Hello & Welcome.
Thats a common problem I'm afraid, stems from when the device was in 2 halves, there is now no way to enter the code, I think you need to send it to a specialist for repair..
Post this in the ICE and electrical section where DaveDND ( a radio specialst) will advise further.

Hi and welcome to the forum
If you had the radio code, then didn't you have the car pass? CD No. on that.
