Title: cat protector

the tin plate that goes round the cat has rotted away can this be replaced?

Don't know but on my last Omega I ripped them off when I eventually heard them scraping on the floor  ::)

the one on my old mazda lost connection with the car on holiday once, rattled like a bugger
took it to a garage who ripped it off saying many cars dont even have em.

He said only issue may be under side of car gets a little hotter, so watch parking on grass etc.

i think my whole exhaust needs to come off after the engine swap trick ;D
