Title: Urgent Please Help

Opel omega B 2.0 L 16V 1998
I was having the check engine light on
I've been told to change (Lambda Sond) I've changed it then I removed the engine error by computer diagnostic system,the check engine light disappear for a while the back again lights on, I've been told by diagnostician  that I've problem with (detonation sensor)

what should I DO????

Use the maintainace guide, and code reading section in my signature to perform the paperclip test,

report back in the Omega Help section with results  :y
