Title: Senator is sold!
Post by: tunnie on 30 August 2007, 12:22:15
Someone from Milton Keynes bought it last night in cash.... sorry to see it goe really, its been a good work horse, and latley been use to take loads of junk down the tip.....

Leaving myself open for abuse about leaving the Senator at the tip, but don't care!  ;)

It may be old, it may be rusty, it may be noisey, it may be old, but it was bloody fast and put a smile on my face every time i drove it.

If i see a manual senator going cheap, i will buy another one!

While in Europe i was glad it was an Auto, but in the UK i was gagging for it to be a manual, so much more control. I just loved seeing the suprised look on peoples faces when i go flying past in a 300 quid rusty car  :D

Maybe i'll try and find a £100 manual senny for a banger rally next year....

Was the Senny your first car? I bet in 20 years time you'll still have fond memories of her and your trip to Europe.

Well done on the sale.  :y :y

Nothing, except she is using it (she had prebooked a craft weekend by the coast).

Well, if I was being really honest, the battery is a bit suspect, but don't tell her that ;)
