Hi All
I've a 2002 V6 2.6 automatic cdx which I think is a great car - well almost great. They all are until they start going wrong! I'm not particularly mechanically minded so get a mobile guy to come around to me to do servicing etc. which has been great. A problem has recently occurred and I've had the engine light (car with a spanner through it) come up and it switched to get you home mode. I checked the codes using the pedal method and counting the flashing lights and it came up with 0170. I think these sort of problems are beyond him - is there anyone around the Woking area that can help me. I don't expect something for nothing so am willing to pay. I'm off to France in 2 weeks so this problem is starting to worry me!!

Hello & Welcome :y
your code is:
P0170 Fuel trim malfunction (Bank 1)

Does this point to anything I need to replace to cure the problem and if so, what?
