Title: Potential newbie, South Lincs

Hi
Scouting around for a replacement for my 1999 Legacy wagon 2L, she's been great but getting tired now..  showing 181k miles.. 
Bought as a stop gap..  2 years and 28k miles ago..  cant fault the reliability and traction in the crappy conditions.. but not as quick as I would like and manual..

Enough of the scooby ad.. ;D

Hadnt really considered an Omega as a replacement, but they seem to offer very good value for money.. which is what I need..
thinking 2.6 auto estate for balance of power and running costs..  if I can find one with low enough mileage and proper service history, i ;D'll prob LPG it straight away.. (expect thats another thread) A saloon would be ok if right (that mint 1 owner before xmas in the classifieds would have been just right)
Anyway..  Hope to find out more and find the right car.... :y
