Title: Could You Pass Your Driving Test Today?
Post by: Golfbuddy on 03 September 2007, 20:08:33
I just took the Driving Standards Agency Driving Theory Test on line. I got 31 out of 35.  [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif] [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif] [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]

The pass mark is 30. Ooops :-[ :-[

Have a look here (http://www.theory-tests.co.uk/home/) and take the test yourself. See how you get on and post your scores here. You have to register but it only name and email address and takes 20 secs.

Is it today or next Monday that the test goes to 50 questions?

I'll be finding out if I can pass soon.  :-[

They were talking about it on TV this morning but I was still half asleep. Bit worried that I only scraped home by one point but one of the questions was about tram markings. They haven't had trams in the southwest since the 1950's so how the hell am I supposed to know.  >:(

You got to do the test then?

Apparently the 1st of September it was going to 50 questions...

Also not sure if its true, but I was told that bay parking is also a requirement on your driving test now :|

31 out of 35, got a pedestrian sign wrong, also the closely followed 1 did ignore not slow down, also got the bullpoop environment one wrong with improved public transport rather than damage to buildings.

THis question is NOTHING to do with the highway code >:(

Trams well wrong - you see I look for railway lines ;D ;D

Done it..... Got 31/35 as well. But as said before what the hell has the enviroment question got to do with the highway code? and about trams? If you go onto a tram line you expect to get a very mangled car at the end of it. I also look for tram lines as well.

Stuff it I'm going to borrow a real loco and go tram crushing :y

Can't borrow a 9F nor a Peak (too long for corners) - I suppose even a 20 will be heavy enough to wreak havoc!

(Trying to remember what locos we have)
