Title: A returning member unable to post help!!

as the title states i cant post in most parts of the forum,Any ideas??

this is all i am allowed to do;

You are free to use all sections except FOR SALE until you have 250 posts.
if you NEED a part, place a wanted ad in the test zone and it will be moved  :y
