Do we have any sort of idea which dealers welcome trade club and those that are to be avoided?

Or is a suck it and see thing? ;)

Does anybody know if dealers have a fixed list of trade club prices or are discounts at each dealers discretion

Trade club is fixed price on items covers. Non trade club items are often sold at trade price to trade club members, but this is at dealers discretion
