Ronnie McB used to get at good price, failing that, find someone with Tradeclub card (£90 ish + VAT from dealer on TC).

Don't attempt without locking kit....

Invest £3 in the cambelt DVD made by Marks_DTM and Robin Hood....

Vauxhall!! - On a TC card  ;)

They will be more expensive than most, but pattern parts IMO are rubbish!!!

Make sure you replace the waterpump and tensiors too  :)

The kit comes with tensioners etc. Waterpump worth doing if it hasn't been changed recently (though not as critical as on 4 pot as v6 waterpump isn't cambelt driven)

The Autovaux one I got had SKF rollers (same as Vx) and a Gates belt (who are an OEM cambelt manufacturer) so good quality kit.

The Conti Tech kits are just as good as the Gates.  They use the same SKF-made OE tensioners/rollers and since Conti are an OE belt manafacturer for lots of people, the belt itself will be more than up to the job.  These are the kits Ronnie was supplying if I'm not mistaken, and like Ronnie, I could also get them for £60 inc from my local decent motor factors.  No point paying VX tax on these.

One thing i have found with AutoVaux is that when ever i have stated i require genuine VX parts they have supplied them at the stated price, if you dont state you require genuine VX parts sometimes they can send out good quality pattern parts too, but all to OEM spec
