Has any one had any experience with leaks on these things?
I am getting to the point where I need to do something with my P reg estate. If I fill the bottle up it immediately starts draining, leaking from the front onto the floor. It leaks for so long then stops leaking. Obviously with the impending months, I will need to use it a lot so would like to fill it properly then check levels every week or so.
Are these bottles prone to splitting or are there rubber o rings which dry up (car was stood for approx 12 months before I bought it) or is there anything else with them which can frequently go wrong.
I also take it that it is a bumper off job to get to the bottle. I should mention, has headlight washers so more piping and bigger tank is fitted - have also noticed that the drivers headlight washer often takes a couple of squirts to charge up - suggestive of a leaky pipe?
Any advice from anyone with experience getting these things out or with problems from leaks would be greatly welcome!

Both pumps (washer and headlight washer) have ribber grommets, so possible pump isn't fully seated.
Split pipework is another possibility.
Marks_DTM_Calib hasn't been near it, has he ;D
You're gonna have to whip bumper off and investigate further I'm afraid. Bumper comes off in 5 mins if the phillips screws in wheel arches come out easily...
