A couple of changes to the Admin Team.

:)My curries are Indian with rich sauses. I've also learned to cook some vegetable side dishes and can make puris as in prawn puri, but i'd like to learn more about thai cooking which i believe is lighter sauces (although still hot) & more use of ginger, lime, lemon grass etc.
Looks like i missed out in more ways than one!
I love cooking, you never stop learning & i'd love to try one of Mrs Dundees curries one day. 8-)

It was lovely - very spicy without being 'hot' (hot in the way that Indian resturants that cater for 'kicking out time' blokes), which is just how I like it.  Could really taste and feel the spicies. :y
