Personally I can hand le a korma lol but mr bumbles likes a nice bhuna more healthy following heart attacks apparently and he likes a nice madras as well.

Dhansak; prawn by preference, lamb at a push, not keen on chicken.
Went for a curry in Leeds last year and tried a Makani for the first time, very mild but beautiful delicate flavour. I've not managed to find one since :(
Whatever, has to be with a keema nan. :)

Chicken phall, special fried rice, keema naan, paratha, onion bahjee, onion salad and pot of mint sauce.
That used to be my weekly order :y I even got a christmas card from them, made out to Mr Rob.

Yes, I too have been educated with proper home cooked curries from Asian friends and colleagues. Often we go the whole hog - ie, no cutlery, just fingers. It is very nice. I'm not saying UK Indian restuarants are not nice - I visit enough of them - but the home cooked stuff is particularly nice...

That used to be my little brother's favourite dish, but just too hot for me. Edible (esp if drunk), but after first mouthful, I couldn't taste anything else...
After a few beers, even a madras can make me sweat a bit...
