I know your all going to shout at me,but i have only just had the car and have no owners manual.............but what the heck is the little switch in between the electric window switches do?.Theres a green and red led when switched forward or back???? it doesnt seem to do anything..........

It turns off the rear electric window switches so they can't be used from the rear.

Yes, and the LEDs on the rear doors should go out to show they are not active...

You probably don't sit in the back much. Plus, I think you are (normally) responsible enough to have the windows enabled...
Same principal as the fronts - if the yellow LEDs are on, that switch will operate window, if they are off, that switch is disabled for whatever reason (eg ign off etc)

Yep, only sat in the back once when bro was driving, something to check in the morning.

I find that switch is actually quite useful, what I don't understand is why the child locks on the doors are the same as they were 20 years ago, i.e. a mechanical lever on the door side? My other-half's Previa has a switch next to the driver's controls that locks all the doors so they can't be opened from inside.
