Hey guys, hope your weekend is going well.I need some sparky plugs changing,on a 3ltr V6 the left bank looks straight forward as you look at it from the front, but the right bank is covered in all sorts of technical gubbings..............it looks a right fag to change them..........any advice.?. :-[

Looks harder than actually is! Starboard Bank: self explainitry, Label all leads first, of course.. Port bank, if you have air con, you'll find it easier if you remove the 2 small bolts that hold the wiring loom and indirectly, the air con pipes, ease them up out of the way to suit, I found that a UJ knuckle and assorted 3/8" extension bars came in very handy... BE MEGGA CAREFULL - NOT TO CROSSTHREAD PLUGS, inspect for oil in the holes too, first signs of cam cover failure..
Basic I know, BUT take your time and all will be fine,
Let us know how it goes

Also to get to No6 it may be easier to remove scuttle...

This was originally prepared for the 'other' side, I now finally moved it here....

It's an awkward job and the how to by markjay is excellent. Wish I had it before i did mine. My brother took his scuttle off and it makes it much easier. The passenger side bank is the worst and number 6 is a real pain but it's not as bad as you may think. Good luck..
