yeah, i had already looked at that but it didnt appear to help me. where it shows relay k28 it also shows 2 fuses next to it, mine has 3 fuses next to it. the diagram doesnt show what the fuses protect either, thats what i need to know.
-
there not a diagram of the fuses n what they do under the fusebox cover>
-
no mate there isnt. does anyone have the haynes book to hand that might have them in there as i dont have one yet.

Hi John, interesting one this, have checked Haynes and it very helpfully says that F50 and F52 are both fuses :o what it doesn't says is what they are protecting.
Have had a look at some wiring diagrams for later cars and none show more than two fuses in that location, and surprise, suprise they don't say what they protect :( so have not been able to identify, sorry. :(
one of our resident gurus will no doubt be able to tell you what they are for, they are very knowledgeable, one should be along in a few mins.......
cheers

Hi John,
have just been trawling through the wiring diagrams again, have found a reference to f50 and f52 and it says " Voltage distribution " afraid I can't tell you what this means though. :(

That's from the 'other' site:
http://www.cavweb-forums.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2933#10
It relates to Vectra, not Omega, but from the decsription there's a good chance they are the same...
-
...so it would seem that the fuses are connected to the relays they are next to...
-
They feed the cooling fans.....F50 is the one I suspect that is blown...
