Title: Moles
Post by: ians on 14 September 2007, 18:16:26
Ok - I have had it with the b@stards.   Our back garden is pockmarked to hell with mole hills.  I flatten them down to mow the lawn (what's left of it) and next morning they are up again.  They even appear in the middle of the day.. >:(

I'm basically an animal friendly chap so don't want to cause them any suffering, but the problem needs sorting.   Anyone know of any device to catch, deter, or worse case humanely deal with them?

Cheers,

Ian

I know my parents have the same problem.....they've just bought a couple of gadgets that you spike into the lawn.....think its gives of some sort off ultrasonics....that the moles dont like so clear off.

I havent been over since they got them so dont know if they work!

I've heard that you can get them removed by laser these days. Don't go with BUPA though, too dear and the food's rubbish.  ::)
