Title: Door Card Removal

Any tips on how to remove the little round screw covers and the red plastic clip without manking them up?   The red clip in particular looks impossible and I'd really rather not knacker it so any advice appreciated.

I use a needle on both.  But then Mrs TheBoy is in to her embriodery, so I have a good selection...
