Hi all
My poor car failed its MOT big style, mainly on brakes.
I picked up some discs from EuroCarParts, they had identified them using my car registration number. Unfortunately when I came to fit them on Saturday afternoon I discovered that the offset on the discs they had supplied was too small, can be clearly seen when they are side by side. I have been unable to find any markings on the fitted discs.
I have a 1995 Omega 2.0 16v
The discs fitted are the same diameter as the supplied discs but with an internal offset of approx 50mm.
The discs I was supplied have an offset of approximately 34mm and a Part Number of 104720150 and tridex No 9588910
markings on the supplied wrong disc
125-119 (oz) 73 46.05 MIN.TH.22.0mm

Are these front or rear discs?
The front Discs and Pads are the same on all models from late 94 to 2002 but the early 94 models definitatly had different pads so the discs may be different aswel, i could check for you tomoz if you like when i'm back at work (I work at a Motor Factors)

They are the front discs. I am lead to believe there are 2 diameter differences but I think from my internet searching that these are between the larger engine cars and the smaller ones.
I have found 2 different widths as well as apparently 2 different diameters.

There are only 2 different types fitted to Omegas - pre 97 2.0l ones (286mm) and post 97 2.0l and all other models (296mm).
I would be wary of fitting pattern parts, the ones on mine are utter rubbish. If you know anyone with a Trade Club Card, genuine ones are around £70 + VAT for the disc and pad set.

...you say in your email that the disks you were supplied are for Vectra, not Omega? If so no wonder they don't fit... but either way, do as TheBoy suggested and get original Vx disks&pads.

Also, after some more googling it seems that 569056 is one of GM's own P/Ns for the Vectra disks, and that if you wanted to get Omega disks using the same numbering system (which is not a very common one) then you should be asking for disks which are:
P/N 569053 - 286x24
or
P/N 569044 - 296x28

Sounds to me as though they've supplied for Omega A and NOT Omega B..
