22.7mpg overall (2567miles) , and that includes a large mount of towing a 1600Kg caravan, wihout the van its around 28mpg

3.0 v6 24v - 25.7 mpg........was 20.5 mpg when I got it 3 weeks ago. ;D

Towing 11 to 19
Long run not towing always in 20s
Commuting 16 to 20
Not bothered at 41p/litre
Mine gets a red line at least once a day

19-20mpg town driving more like 27-29 motorway cruising.

Dont see anything better comparing with wifes facelift 2.5 or my estate 2.5

Assuming all the gizmos are telling the truth, between 20 & 23 urban and 28-30 on motorways

about 23 around town, around 30's depending on the run.

3ltr Auto - 21-ish.
Was 19 in my old one but I've calmed down a bit since then ::)

just done 600 miles of mixed motorway and fast A roads as well as about 70 miles of town stuff
2.5 V6 auto, running petrol.........30.2 mpg :y
On the m/way and A roads she is sat with the cruise on at 3250RPM ;)

42mpg average, 80% motorway (70-80) 20% town (20-40)
You would expect the figures to go down with the CC on but I see no difference! :y

Thats what i dont understand with the MID on av fuel consumption......aircon off or on it reports the same.....but i know if aircon on i use 25% more fuel.

20 to 25 in summer (town)
18 to 21 in winter (town)
30 to 32 (motorway)

3.0l MV6 auto - 24 to 26 MPG normally, rising to low 30s on a decent run.
2.5TD auto - just been out and checked, currently 41.7mpg.

98 2.5 Elite...
Bringing it down town, inst cons reached 832 mpg ;D although it was going downhill...
Since then... it says 0.2gal/hr as its just idling on the drive and not being driven yet :(

Mine,2.5 V6 is doing 24.8 doing local stuff, 31 on an 80mph motorway run :y

Around 7 on the country lanes around the nearly wales camp site.....
I get 28.7mpg average on my daily commute (lots of stopping and slow traffic) and 35 on the motorway.

24.7 knocking about and at a steady 95 on the way back from Newent 27.8 ;)

in the 2.2 commuting just 10 miles, average is 27/28
on a run 33mpg
Senator used to get 34 on a run, with 25 mixed.
not sure on the 2.5 yet, not been driven much.
