Nottingham!! That's the Omega capital of the UK !! ;D
Halfrauds do the radio release forks, around £2.99, they also do sets of allen keys with one small enough for the grub screws :y

Don't worry - it won't be near silence.
You will hear all those noises you never noticed before ...
-
Where abouts in Nottingham are you....?

I have released radios before now using 4 terminal screwdrivers or 4 small drill bits pushed into the holes. It's a bit more tricky bending all of them inwards at once but not impossible.

why dont you see wire coat hangers anymore.they had there uses, make shift ariels.cut them up to mak radio release keys, and on one ocasion i managed to use 1 get into my mk1 astra when i lost my keys,

Mark, i am in the centre, just off London road by Trent bridge

Thanks for the suggestions for alternative methods

someone is going to be left a shoe box full of choped up coathangers and radio keys :o ;D
