Got the mail on sunday today as there was a free DVD, Vinnie jones in a film called THE RIDDLE, anyone seen it or heard any feedback on it, or was it a waste £1.40 for the paper.

Yes mate,TB was right ;) the actuation arm had come off the flap on the drivers side footwell, the servo was dropping too much causing it to pop offf its luggs, its now booked into Vx for the tech 2 to be plugged in, as they tell my it has to be sycronised to stop the servo dropping too much. thats what they say.
