Title: Heater fan.

 :oI've noticed my interior fan (not engine cooling one) slows down a little when revs hit 2500-3000 & rise again when revs drop. Makes no difference whether drawing hot air or using a/c & have no starting or charging problems. Heater & a/c still work fine. Is this a clever Mig thing, am i daft, is my car weird or all 3?!!! 8-)
