what oil filter does my 1998 omega elite require?

If your parts guy is OK at VX, buy both on the understanding that you can return the one you don't want, also get a copper washer which corresponds disposable cannister type, rubber o ring sump plug for the element type...  About £ 5 each  thru trade club....  per filter and washer that is!  Best quality too...

That's what I did the first time.....  May I also recommend the semi synthetic 10/30 from VX.. the best oil I've EVER used on any vehicle....  

I get no sh1te in my breathers or mayo in the filler cap at all..

Far easier to do what BoBo says. Take a look under the bonnet - it's right there ....... almost ;)

Its likely to be the spin on type, but double check.  Also, it should have the torx sump, so hopefully no copper washer reqd...  ...again, double check.
