And here is a few shots of the nice little road myself and Mark are having a jaunt across soon... in a ropey old Senator with dubious brakes and that famous Senator cooling system (viscous cooling fans... >:( )

If our posts suddenly cease at the beginning of September you will understand why now!  :o

Its MOT'd......which is the important bit.

Front brakes done.
Brake fluid change done.
New HT leads and dizzy cap done
Heater blower fixed
ABS fault.....concealed
Prop shaft rubber coupling replaced
Sill welded

Rear brakes to do.
Dam good clean required
Small/stupidly large audio install to do.....
Auto box fluid change to do

Of course.

The ABS bulb isn't blown....its simply wired in parralel with teh ECU one so it comes on and then goes off again......

Clean it??  :o
We don't want it looking too clean...

Rear brakes are a bit of a concern... as is the cars current liking for understeering on fast cornering (yes...understeer!)
Think I will get the front tyres replaced.... Wan Li, not recommended as a brand!  ::)

I am waiting to see if the transmission fluid can come out any darker than the brake fluid (I need to post up pics for you to understand how bad it was!)  :-?

And as for the audio install...well yes, the bandpass box housing the 2 10" subs is... substantial (but hey, the Senator needs a bit of weight at the back  ;))

We'll take a load of proper pics at the weekend... before the re-decoration!
