Title: Tappety engine

My Omega has a tappetly sounding engine. I'm guessing it could be the tappets but is there anything else it could be?

exhaust manifold or gasket, esp if it happens when cold.

whats the service history like and when was it last serviced and mileage?

It was last service about 600 miles ago
