Hi Peeps ,
Changed the exhaust last week and noticed the off side rear shock was leaking slightly >:(, MOT is due in a couple of months and was wondering what the damage will be for original equipment . Or what options are there for after market shocks , would like to keep the self leveling though realy . Thanks for any feedback . :y

Steve,
I was £144 a couple of months back but that was at trade, no trade club but lots of brass neck. Only other air assisted shocks I could find were Monroe which needed an adapter to fit the air connection but couldn't find a price anywhere.

I got my replacement self levelling shocks fron Autovaux, about £66 each.

Buypartsby can get KYB ones for about 25-30 each....
-
Are KYBs as good as the genuine ones as I need some for the estate?
-
They are pretty reasonable.......KYB are one of the OEM spring suppliers

If it's of any interest , I fitted KYB excel-G (gas) rear shocks to my 2.2 (not self levelling type) and seem to be ok , as Marks dtm says, they are one of the OEM suppliers and apparently 30% or so of new model Vauxhalls will be fitted with them, so there you have it .
Cheers Pete
