Take the camcover off, you will be able to get a bit closer to the plug

You could try getting an imperial deep reach socket to fit over it?

Thats not gonna be an easy fix. how did it get rounded?

PS. James is starting to sound like Mark dont you think?

Just........Take the cam cover off
             Drop the gearbox
             Wizz the engine out

All very simple stufff, I'm sure :o

Is that because .... I'm gaining an understanding of these cars ...... or because I am subconciously picking up on writing styles?

I find myself using the ... approach instead of comma's.. too much, it's too quick and easy.... I must stop it..... but I can't...... I'm to lazy....  ;D

Is your plug socket a hex or bi-hex? if the latter use a hex one..If that fails you can snap the ceramic part of the plug and then the next size long reach socket down should fit on enough to undo the plug.
