hi guys i was on the m23 yesterday when a guy driving behind me started to flash his lights at me so i pulled over to check my car got out the car walked around the back and there was some long stuff that looked like hair coming out of my back box but it was sliver/grey so im like what the fu*ck is this  :o
pulled on it and pulled about a metre of this stuff out and drive home when i got home there was more of this stuff hanging out the exhust do any of you guys know what this is ? :'(

Sounds like the padding from the rear silencer.

so are u sayin change the rear box that cool any one got one for sale iv'e got a 2.5 v6 cd R reg if theres an twin pipe elite one that would be better :y cheers lee

Strange things do happen on the M23 ,lee...it was probably   "low flying h..air craft " !!!good luck with tail pipe replacement as sound similar to problem I had with 2.5...and it was the wadding.

If you want, you can have the one off the gls you're getting the front shocks off of when you come down in a week or so.. I don't want much for it, just make me an offer in the usual way!

no..the down pipe is connected to the "muffler"

car's parked up at the mo to be on the safe side driving me old man's car m535i nice  ;D he's on holiday,  but he don't no  ;D ;D
