Title: can the glass be removed from the headlights?

Hi
    on my 1997 Omega Tourer the main headlights glass is very dirty on the inside :'(, Can the glass be removed to clean :o, or are they a sealed unit so I will have to replace both headlights :question.
                           Please help

I've had the fronts off the headlights on a 1999 model - it's not glass on those but plastic - I'd assume yours would be the same. It's not easy to do - requires a hairdryer, sharp knife and patience as you need to work your way around the edge of the lens to break the black sealant used - but it can be done. Are you sure it's on the inside as I seem to remember someone on here recommending the use of brasso to clean the outside ... which is a lot less hassle!!!

Hi thanks for that :y the out side is perfect, and yes it is plastic outside,
   So here goes, wish me luck ::)
 if it breaks I will just put new lights on it.
