Title: Remove heater hoses

The hoses that go through baukhead through to heater matrix have a quick release clip.

Are they the same across all models, and how do you undo them?

Your right! Just had a peep on mine.

There seems to be protruding bit attached to a collar on the top that looks like it slides back (towards the engine) , similar to easy fit domestic water connectors.

Didnt want to try on mine......coz i need to use in the morning.....and dont wanna go breaking it  ::)

But anyway my reply bumps your thread back to top of list so a more knowledgeable peep may see it  :y

There is a locking collar and a small latch to lock the collar in place.
Press in the latch and pull the collar back towards you.
Then twist and wiggle the connector body to free the O rings and pull, the connector should pull off fairly easily. Apply plasters to all the bits that are now oozing red stuff.

Much easier said than done, I can post a pic of a connector if you cant find the latches.

PS its much easier with Tunnie sized hands.

Yes please. I've always been baffled by these and end up just breaking them off :-[

Is the collar the bit that is behind the latch, or the same bit of moulding as the latch?

Ah, not sure my works provided SIM card can receive MMS.....
