Hi,would the cruise control from my '97 mini face lift Omega fit my pre mini face lift '97 Omega....both 2.5's,both auto...many thanks...Wayne

I have a preminifacelift cruise in my minifacelift MV6, so I guess it should work round the other way...

All the cruise modules are very similar and basically interchangeable, you could even potentially use one out of a Vectra.

What you need to watch out for is the cable to the throttle linkage. 2.5's are different to 3.0's although I suspect you could probabably get away with interchanging them. If you need to buy one from Vx they're £50 !

Hmm  I would have guessed that the 2.5 and 3.0 are similar but the 2.0 is not.  I think my second hand uint came from a 3.0 and it fitted fine
