If its the aircon not working.....and you should be able to tell.....ie if air con is turned on.....are the fan/s running in front of the rads? aircon compressor turning?.....if not aircon is fubared.

Get a local aircon guy to identify the fault....

Mines knacked at the mo.....got a local guy to test it.....he checked the both the pressure valves....no pressure.....then filled the system with nitrogen....and watched his pressure gauges....they started to drop....so obvious it had a leak somewhere......he found it.....unfortunatley for me it needs a new condensor......hes ordered one.....tho not from vx coz even woth my TC card its still about £70 more.....hes given me an estimate of about £350 for new condensor fitted regassed and tested....waiting for him to get one now.

degas/regas at local Imperial tyre depot is £60 + VAT, and includes a nitrogen check for free, if it fails they don't regas it !! ( mine passed so I don't know the cost of the degas/check on its own  :)  )

Cos the law says they can't gas as system that they know has leaks in it.  ;)
