Title: runs lumpy when hot

 i have  a 98  2.5 lpg  elite  with a exhaust  manifold leak on the offide   the engine runs lumpy under load when hot would this be caused by the manifold leak.  i cant get it fixed until mon  17.09  would it do any damage to the car if i drove it for another week on lpg.    or is there another fault  suggestios welcome

The manifold leak means that oxygen will enter the exhaust. The lambda sensor will report this to the ECU. The ECU will believe the mix is too lean, hence the oxygen in the exhaust. The net result will be that the bank of cylinders will be running a little rich.

Running lean is bad and you could melt a piston, running rich is not great for the cats but they see a rich mix under engine warm up and under full throttle.

So you should get away with it for a while.

Is the manifold leak your problem though - perhaps but not 100%.

Do the paperclip test and check for fault codes, check for oil in the spark plug wells.
