Title: very squeaky rear suspenion

my rear suspenion on both sides has started to make a bad squeakin sound when is it compressed does anyone know what is the most likely ofending bushin or is there another culprit that needs oil or spray grease any help much appeciated

That's unusual for this forum.

If the squeak only happens when the car is parked and you bounce the rear up and down, then it may well be in need of a handbrake system overhaul.
Basicly, rust to rust mating surfaces have developed inside the handbrake drum and they need a clean and re-grease.

If it squeaks while driving, the top shockabsorber bushes are the most likely culprits.

thanks for the reply i thought this was a common problem and i would have had a better responce anyway it is squeaking when parked or driving along so it is not handbrake is must be suspenison relaited so i must take a look and see if i can locate it tommorrow thanks again

If you spray each bush in turn with WD40 and then bounce the car you should find it that way ;)
