hi guys.i have a '95 2.5v6 cdx which will never start on the first attempt when cold.on the second attempt it always starts.any ideas???? also the other problem i have is the car will hesitate on acceleration up untill say 4000 revs then the power will cut back in.so far ive changed plugs, all filters cleaned icv and checked breather hoses for leaks/gunk. there are no codes stored in the ecu and the management light has not come on. this is driving me crazy any help MUCH appreciated!!

When you attempt to start, crank it with accelerator on the floor (shouldn't start) for 5s, then start normal.  If that cures, sounds like leaky injector flooding it.

it always starts second time regardless of the position of the accelerator :-/

Just do a paperclip test to check if ECU thinks there is a problem.

All fuel injected cars should disable the injectors when cranking WOT
