Spotted on the DVLA web site advice for "Greener Driving":
air conditioning and other on-board electrical devices (like mobile phone chargers) increase fuel consumption, so only use them when necessary
So, exactly how many MPG will my mobile phone charger lose me?

If my mobile phone were taking enough juice to make a significant difference to the fuel consumption of a 3.2 litre engine - or a 32 CC engine, for that matter, I'd be in the next county wrapping myself in bacofoil.
What cretins do they employ to write this drivel? >:(
